Moctar Chaweye is Director of Tech & Product at Doctolib. He built his experience in innovation and the development of Tech products on a global scale (USA/Canada, Europe, Asia), notably through his career at Accenture, then Amazon, where he launched technologies like Alexa and FireTV. A graduate of ESILV and the University of Toronto, his career has evolved over 15+ years in the technology sector, leading ambitious programs to solve complex challenges and grow multidisciplinary teams.

Jean-Marie Dabbaghian is the Global Digital Innovation Director at Accor, where he leads the group’s innovation strategy and co-founded the Gen AI Center of Excellence. With a background in entrepreneurship and consulting, he previously headed the product teams for Accor’s brand websites and the attract pages of all.com. Over the past years, he has played a key role in identifying, testing and scaling emerging use cases around Gen AI and conversational technologies, helping shape Accor’s digital innovation agenda.

Andrey Khusid is the Founder and CEO of Miro, the Innovation Workspace that enables organizations of any size to build the next big thing. Funded by leading investors like Accel, Iconiq and others, Miro has more than 1600 employees in 14 offices around the globe, serves more than 90 million users worldwide and is used by 250,000 companies for the end-to-end innovation lifecycle, from Discovery to Delivery.

Jeff Chow is the Chief Product & Technology Officer of Miro. He has over 25 years of experience building high growth organizations focused on delivering customer-centric digital products. He is passionate about building a team culture where collaboration and quick problem solving contribute to transforming a good business to a great one. Prior to Miro, Jeff was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer at InVision, and held leadership roles in Product and Product Design teams at Google and TripAdvisor. In addition, Jeff has founded, run, and exited several startups in mobile, consumer, and marketing industries. Jeff received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at MIT.

Nicolas d’André is the Head of Southern Europe at Miro. Prior to this, he led Slack France at Salesforce, where he introduced Slack AI to the French market alongside his co-founder and was a key player in positioning the brand as a leader in the future of work.

He also led Dropbox and HelloSign in France and the Benelux region. His 20-year career has been shaped by working in demanding environments, always with the same core focus: combining strategic vision, commercial excellence, and operational impact.

Nicolas is a graduate of Centrale Lille and the London Business School.
