Founder, Tably Inc.

Takuya Oikawa participated in the development of the Japanese version of Windows NT 3.1 at Microsoft's headquarters in the United States, and later oversaw the development of Windows-related products at Microsoft Japan. In 2006, he moved to Google, where he worked on the development of Chrome, ChromeOS, Google Japanese Input, and other products. In 2012, he was featured on NHK Professional's "Work Style." In 2015, he served as a product manager at Increments (now Qiita), the company that operates Qiita, before going independent and founding Tably Inc. in 2019, where he serves as its representative. His recent publications include "All About Product Management" (co-authored) and "Software First, 2nd Edition."

After working for a foreign IT company, in April 2019 he was put in charge of digital business and business transformation in NEC's growth areas (biometric authentication, video, AI, cloud, security, etc.). In April 2021, he became Head of the Digital Business Platform Unit and Corporate EVP, promoting platform and advanced SI technologies while expanding new organizations such as strategic consulting, business design, and DX offerings. In April 2023, he was appointed Chief Digital Officer (CDO). In April 2024, he was appointed Corporate Senior Executive Vice President. He continues to serve as CDO, leading the transformation of new business models and the company-wide digital shift (BluStellar).

Vice President, Chief Lumada Business Officer for AI & Software Service Business Unit, Hitachi, Ltd.

Responsible for driving AI transformation, technology planning, and stakeholder engagement within and outside the Hitachi Group. As CLBO, responsible for data utilization through Lumada promotion within AISS.
Prior to current role, held positions at AWS in generative AI business development; at IBM in NVIDIA GPU-equipped hardware/IaaS business, Data and AI software/SaaS business (including Watson), President's Office, and customer-facing departments.
Currently working tirelessly with customers, partners, and outstanding experts to achieve Japan-originated, world-first innovations.

Masashi Machida
Masashi Machida
Director of Consulting Services, NEC Corporation

After working in intellectual property as a patent attorney and practicing product and corporate innovation at a major electronics manufacturer, he joined NEC in July 2020.
From April 2022, he will lead the Future Creation Design Group, which combines the functions of business, technology, and creativity. As an expert in designing the relationship between technology and people, he will lead NEC's business model transformation.

Chief Technology Officer, BizReach Inc.

Since 2005, he has worked as a full-stack engineer at a web production company, where he has been involved in development. After that, he gained experience in development, operation, and maintenance as a freelancer at NTT Data and other companies. In 2011, he joined BookLive Inc. as an engineer manager and architect, leading system development from the company's founding to its sales reaching 10 billion yen. In 2017, he joined BizReach Inc., where he serves as the Director of Product Development for the BizReach Business Division and CTO of Recruiting Products. He assumed his current position in February 2024.

Yuki Nanri joined FiNC Inc. in its early founding stages and worked as a software engineer and engineering manager on a wide range of IoT-enabled businesses. Founded Bison Holdings in June 2020 and developed solution services for numerous companies. Also served as director and CTO at a food‑tech company, gaining experience developing SaaS solutions for restaurants. Worked as an academic specialist in Kenji Tanaka’s laboratory at the University of Tokyo. In June 2023, joined Algomatic as Director and Executive Officer, Cross‑Functional CTO.

In 2012, he joined Salesforce.com, Inc. (now Salesforce Japan, Inc.) and launched the world's first inside sales planning and training department. In 2016, he joined BizReach, Inc. In addition to launching the inside sales department, he has served as head of the business marketing department and head of the inside sales department for the HRMOS business. He is currently responsible for new business proposals and is driving projects forward. His publications include "Inside Sales: A Guide to Strengthening Your Sales Organization to Increase Sales Without Relying on Visits (Shoeisha)."

Jeff Chow is the Chief Product & Technology Officer of Miro. He has over 25 years of experience building high growth organizations focused on delivering customer-centric digital products. He is passionate about building a team culture where collaboration and quick problem solving contribute to transforming a good business to a great one. Prior to Miro, Jeff was the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Product Officer at InVision, and held leadership roles in Product and Product Design teams at Google and TripAdvisor. In addition, Jeff has founded, run, and exited several startups in mobile, consumer, and marketing industries. Jeff received his BS in Mechanical Engineering at MIT.

Head of Japan

After graduating from Kansai Gaidai University and the State University of New York, he drove corporate growth through new-business and high-touch sales at technology companies such as NCR Japan and Teradata Japan. He went on to hold key roles at Salesforce Japan, including global head for conglomerate accounts, head of enterprise sales, and business head and executive officer for an e‑commerce division. For over ten years he contributed to promoting DX among Japanese companies. He then served as chief operating officer (COO) at an AI-related startup, responsible for corporate planning, new business, and business operations, and has been in his current position since July 2024.

Senior Solutions Engineer

Worked as an SME, technical marketing engineer, and SE in solution areas that transform ways of working, including Citrix, AirWatch, and VMware. Joined Miro Japan in 2022 as a solutions engineer, concentrating on advancing solutions that promote effective collaboration among all project stakeholders—not just developers. In private, a hardcore indoor person immersed in games, especially Minecraft.
